Niagara Energy Products maintains three large CNC horizontal boring mills. Maximum dimensions of parts that can be machined are 40’W X 8’H X 4’ DP. Our team of engineers is ready to assess any application for suitability on our equipment.

Our primary manufacturing facility located in Niagara Falls, Ontario has 130,000 square feet of manufacturing space with a 57 ton lifting capacity. Our secondary facility located in Fort Erie, Ontario has 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space with a 30 ton lifting capacity, with the option of expanding further if high volume production work is required.

Niagara Energy Products produces high density, radiation shielding concrete, onsite at its Niagara Falls, Ontario facility. Our proprietary recipe has an average density of between 3,500 kg/m3 and 3,700 kg/m3 and is exceptionally stable when exposed to environmental factors.

Our team of engineers has provided solutions to clients across a wide span of markets both internationally and domestically including nuclear radiation containment devices, vessel designs, advanced automated jigs and fixtures for welding, particle accelerator accessories, automated and robotic handling systems, weld consulting, and manufacturing process analysis and optimisation.

Niagara Energy Products is the sole supplier of nuclear and non-nuclear grade replacement parts for Guelph Engineering Valves. We can supply replacement seats, wedges, stems, and gaskets amongst a variety of other parts. This allows clients to refurbish previously qualified valves instead of having to undertake the expensive process of replacing a valve.
